Project Description
Ontario Health requires three Junior Business Analysts to support the EHR Onboarding Workstream and related digital health service access initiatives.
The resource will support onboarding and access validation activities related to:
- Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Provincial Clinical Viewer
- Ontario Health Digital Services
- Clinician onboarding processes
The work involves validating Health Information Custodian (HIC) information, legal structures, clinician mappings, and onboarding eligibility using Ontario Health's existing onboarding methodology.
Responsibilities
EHR Onboarding Support
- Support end-to-end onboarding activities.
- Assist with intake management and onboarding validation.
- Review submitted onboarding requests.
- Verify supporting documentation.
HIC Validation
- Validate Health Information Custodian (HIC) information.
- Review Client Information Forms.
- Confirm legal status and organization structures.
- Verify legally responsible individuals.
Clinician Mapping
- Categorize clinician users.
- Map users to approved HIC classifications.
- Support migration readiness reviews.
Stakeholder Support
- Maintain communication with stakeholders.
- Follow up on missing information.
- Support issue resolution and escalations.
Process Improvement
- Identify onboarding process gaps.
- Escalate risks and issues.
- Contribute to process documentation and improvements.
Business Analysis Activities
