Reporting directly to the President, this position oversees the day to day operations, strategic planning, goal setting, financial discipline and the direction of the leadership team and their execution to grow the company.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for the overall development and performance of the business with a focus on sales growth.
Develop overall strategy for company and mentor a team of Executives
Develop, annual planning budget along with KPI's and metrics.
Cross functional responsibilities throughout all departments.
Manage P&L and manage all departments against budgets
Develop and manage internal and external key relationships
Continuous improvement of all personnel, systems and processes
All staffing decisions including hiring and keeping appropriate staff levels to support growth

What We're Looking for Includes:

Degree in Business
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a VP or COO level
Entrepreneurial spirit with solid customer service focus and passion for change
Organization skills along with strong negotiating abilities
An analytical mindset coupled with demonstrated leadership
Superior communication skills
Manufacturing experience in a sales setting is a must-have.
High level of financial acumen
