With a team of over 60 professional technicians, we provide residential and commercial services including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, high dusting, and full-service janitorial solutions.

Responsibilities:

Perform residential and commercial window cleaning.
Complete pressure washing including building exteriors, walkways, and surfaces.
Perform gutter cleaning and ensure proper drainage.
Conduct high dusting in commercial and industrial environments.
Maintain equipment and ensure it is in safe working condition.
Represent BINX in a professional manner at all job sites.
Assist in marketing as required (yard signs, door hangers, events, etc...)
Peak season: Expect to work 2 Saturdays per month booked in advance.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and insurance history with a clean drivers record.
A company vehicle is provided; must be over 25 yrs old.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
Physically able to lift, carry, and climb ladders (up to 75 lbs).
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Cleaning or exterior maintenance experience (Preferred but not required)
