The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul of Vancouver Islandis looking for an energetic and creative Community Support Worker to join the collaborative and welcoming team at theFrederic Ozanam Centre. In this role you will work in our Community Inclusion Program for adults with diverse abilities.
The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul is seeking an experienced and values-driven Director of Housing & Community Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for a diverse portfolio of housing, supportive housing, property management, and community support services.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing a housing portfolio of 128 units, including a mix of Residential Tenancy Act (RTA), Rent Geared to Income (RGI), and Low-End Market (LEM) housing, while leading community support and housing support services that assist vulnerable individuals and families throughout the community. The position provides leadership to two direct reports and an overall team of approximately 13 employees across housing and community support programs.
We are looking for a collaborative, strategic, and relationship-focused leader who is passionate about creating positive community impact through housing and support services. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable working at a strategic level with funders and stakeholders while supporting managers and teams in day-to-day operations.
