The world relies on HPS to continually conceive and produce state-of-the-art transformer technology. We currently have an opening for a Warehouse Coordinator - 8 Month Contract, come grow with us.
Reporting the the Warehouse Supervisor, the candidate will coordinate and support daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely movement of goods. The role contributes to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and inventory integrity by preparing required documentation, monitoring ship-on-time performance, recording and investigating reasons for late shipments, processing incoming materials in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and acting as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external carriers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and process all outbound and inbound shipping documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading (BOL), and commercial invoices, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with customer and carrier requirements.
- Liaison with carriers, customer. Investigate, document, and process freight claims by coordinating with carriers, internal stakeholders, and supporting documentation to resolve discrepancies, damages, or losses in accordance with company procedures.
- Receive incoming materials and products using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including verifying quantities, recording receipts, and ensuring accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system.
- Monitor ship-on-time performance for outbound orders, investigate late shipments, document root causes, and maintain records to support service level tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain shipping office operations and warehouse supply levels, ensuring materials, documentation, and workspace organization support efficient daily warehouse activities.
Do you qualify? We are seeking:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with ERP programs is an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills are required
- Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or equivalent is an asset.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in an administrative or scheduling/logistics or customer service role is required.
Salary Range:$53,200 - $79,800
