Responsibilities:
- Build tools for telemetry analysis and troubleshooting.
- Develop dashboards and operational reporting.
- Automate repetitive operational workflows.
- Analyze recurring fleet issues and identify failure patterns.
- Work with validation teams to reproduce field issues.
- Improve observability and alert quality.
- Support release readiness and deployment validation.
