We are currently hiring a dependable and hardworking DZ Driver / Loader to join our team in Bracebridge. If you enjoy being active, working outdoors, and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!

This position combines commercial driving with hands-on residential waste collection, making it ideal for drivers who don't mind physical work and take pride in providing reliable service.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a DZ waste collection truck on residential routes
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Assist with loading and collecting residential waste and recycling
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis
Work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions
Complete assigned routes while following all safety procedures
Provide professional and courteous service to customers

Qualifications

Valid Ontario DZ Driver's License
Clean driver's abstract and CVOR
Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
Reliable with excellent attendance
Comfortable working outdoors year-round
Previous waste industry experience is an asset but not required
