About the Role

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing initiatives.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, generate leads, grow our audience, and drive revenue.

From paid advertising and social media to email campaigns, content creation, and AI-powered marketing, you'll play a key role in shaping and growing our marketing efforts.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage marketing — they make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously improve ROI.

Content Creation & Brand Management

Create and manage engaging content across social media, email, newsletters, and digital platforms.
Oversee video production, editing, and publishing.
Develop compelling marketing copy that connects with our audience and drives conversions.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and manage content calendars.

Email Marketing & Lead Generation

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences.
Implement strategies to grow our audience, nurture leads, and increase conversions.
Collaborate with sales and leadership to support business growth.

AI Innovation & Marketing Automation

Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, marketing campaigns, and workflows.
Identify and implement new marketing technologies and automation opportunities.
Stay ahead of emerging trends and continuously explore innovative ways to improve results.

Performance & Growth

Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics.
Identify new opportunities for audience growth, partnerships, and revenue generation.
Take ownership of marketing projects from concept through execution.

Qualifications & Experience

3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management.
Proven success managing digital marketing campaigns and generating measurable results.
Strong experience with paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.
Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
Experience with video production and editing.
Proficiency with AI marketing tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems.
Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
Creative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset.
