Technical Services Manager
MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our cybersecurity client to find a first-class Technical Services Manager to join their team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead and coach the professional services and technical solutions team while driving customer-centric cybersecurity implementations, technical service delivery, and strategic client engagements.

Some of what you will do in this role includes:

Lead, coach, and support a high-performing professional services and technical solutions team while fostering continuous development.
Oversee end-to-end technical service delivery, serving as the senior point of contact for key client stakeholders and supporting sales with technical expertise.
Guide clients through product demonstrations, technical onboarding, system setup, and configuration of advanced cybersecurity solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across diverse operating systems and enterprise IT environments.
Develop onboarding frameworks, technical documentation, training workshops, and performance metrics to drive client adoption and satisfaction.

You should have the following in your background to apply:

5+ years of customer-facing technical support or solutions experience, including at least 3 years managing and leading technical teams.
Strong hands-on technical expertise deploying and troubleshooting workstations (Linux, Windows, macOS), mobile applications, and enterprise networks.
Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills across both technical and executive audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Working knowledge of XDR, scripting, DNS, firewalls, or related cybersecurity infrastructure is an asset, as is French bilingualism.
