Role overview

Established long-time new construction builder is seeking Quality Carpenters with experience in framing and a well-rounded skill set in residential and light commercial construction. Carpenters will typically work on medium-sized teams of 4-7 and be involved primarily in new residential and light commercial projects while reporting to lead carpenters, foremen, site superintendents, or project managers.

Responsibilities

Perform framing for residential and light commercial construction
Read and interpret blueprints accurately
Handle materials and tools efficiently
Complete site cleanup and maintain organized work areas
Take precise measurements and perform layout tasks
Install building components following specifications
Adhere strictly to safety protocols on site

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of carpentry experience
Vocational training in carpentry or construction
Proficient in framing, residential, and light commercial construction
Experienced in blueprint reading and carpentry tool operation
Strong safety compliance and problem-solving skills
Physical stamina and effective communication skills
