Description
The Team:
The KMB team is an established, collaborative group dedicated to supporting the safety, well-being, and success of children, youth, and families. Working alongside social workers, support workers, team leadership, and partners in CYSN, SAJE, CYMH, and other specialized teams across Vancouver Island, team members share knowledge, support one another, and bring diverse perspectives to complex situations. The Role:
This role provides direct support to children, youth, and families by delivering programs and services within established policies and practice standards, helping ensure children are safe, youth are supported to thrive in their communities, and families are empowered to meet their own needs. This is a temporary opportunity until March 31, 2027. This position may be extended or become permanent.
