Role overview

We are hiring for a Full-Time Grocery Administration Supervisor with a wage range of $18.00 - $22.00 at our location in Edmonton, AB. (Glenora location)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day administrative operations of the store

Daily cash up, reconciliations, and bank reports and deposits

Printing, sorting, and entering new product information

Price verification

Maintaining promotional signage throughout the store

Assist with recruitment, orientation, and training of new Team Members

Maintaining a clean and sanitized work area

Handling customer service inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience

What you Bring:

Warm and welcoming personality with a positive attitude

Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working during peak grocery store hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in a retail environment is an asset

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
