At Abbey's Bakehouse & Sips Refreshers, we're bringing together handcrafted beverages and fresh baked treats under one roof.

Abbey's Bakehouse began on the shores of Lake Rosseau in Muskoka, serving homemade baked goods inspired by cottage traditions and

quality ingredients. Alongside Abbey's, Sips Refreshers brings bold flavours, handcrafted refreshers, premium lemonades, iced teas, specialty

coffees, and feel-good energy to every guest.

Together, we've created a one-of-a-kind café experience at Square One where every drink is handcrafted, every treat is baked fresh, and

every guest leaves with a smile. We're looking for energetic, outgoing Sipsters (Baristas)

who love creating amazing drinks, connecting with people, and delivering

exceptional customer experiences. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced

Your Role

As a Sipster, you'll be the face of our café, preparing

handcrafted beverages, serving fresh baked goods, and creating memorable

experiences for every guest. You'll help maintain a clean, organized workspace

while bringing positive energy to every shift.

Whether you're crafting the perfect refresher, recommending

a favourite baked treat, or greeting a regular by name, you'll help create the

welcoming atmosphere that makes guests want to come back.

What You'll Do

Prepare handcrafted refreshers, lemonades, iced teas, specialty coffees, and other beverages

Serve fresh baked goods and assist guests with product recommendations

Deliver friendly, genuine, and efficient customer service

Maintain beverage quality and presentation standards

Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately

Restock ingredients, supplies, and display products throughout the day

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace

Work as part of a supportive team during busy periods

Help create a fun, positive environment for guests and teammates

What We're Looking For

Previous barista, café, food service, or customer service experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person

A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

Comfortable working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

A team player who enjoys making someone's day
