Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has experience coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing shipping documentation, generating Bills of Lading (BOLs), and using ERP systems to maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, shipping labels, and other shipping documents.
• Use ERP systems to enter shipment details, update inventory records, and track orders.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Inspect received goods for accuracy, damage, and discrepancies.
• Prepare outgoing orders and ensure products are properly packaged and labelled.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts and resolve shipping or receiving discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse administration, or a similar role.
• Experience generating Bills of Lading (BOLs) is required.
• Experience using ERP systems for inventory, order processing, or shipment tracking is required.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an asset.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Full-time position
