About the Role

As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will perform a broad range of technical laboratory duties that support the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Working across multiple laboratory disciplines, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality testing and patient care, all while adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

Current membership in good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO)
Medical Laboratory Technologist Diploma
Related experience is considered an asset

Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to learn hospital systems such as Meditech
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently across all laboratory sectors
A collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute positively within a team environment
