Growing window cleaning company looking for a hunter. This isn't a paycheque job. It's an income you build. You knock, you pitch, you close. The harder you work, the more you make. No cap.

What you'll do

Knock doors in target neighbourhoods
Pitch, quote, and close on the spot
Upsell add-ons — gutters, pressure washing, Christmas lights, etc.
Own your territory and your customer relationships

The pay

20% commission on every job you close, paid when the customer pays
Residuals on recurring accounts you land — you get paid every time they book again
No cap, no salary, no ceiling. Your effort, your income.

Who we're looking for

Thick-skinned — you don't fold at the first "no"
Confident on someone's doorstep
Self-driven — nobody's babysitting you
Sales experience is a plus, not a must
Reliable transportation
