About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with laundry services and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate and maintain laundry machines and equipment efficiently.
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to company standards.
• Keep the laundromat clean and organized for a pleasant customer experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any supply needs to management.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness protocols are followed at all times.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a laundromat or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Physical stamina to lift and move laundry items as needed.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
