We’re Hiring: Back Office Chiropractic Assistant

Do you love helping people, staying organized, and being part of a positive, energetic team?

We’re looking for a warm, dependable, and motivated Back Office Chiropractic Assistant to join our team.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys a mix of working directly with patients and keeping things organized behind the scenes. No two days are exactly the same, so we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for
Managing the majority of our phone calls, text messages, and emails
Scheduling and assisting patients with appointment questions
Completing patient follow-ups and communications

Keeping treatment areas organized, stocked, and ready
Supporting our chiropractors and team wherever needed

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are…

Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoy working with people
A great communicator both in person and over the phone
Organized and able to keep track of multiple things at once
Comfortable learning hands-on patient procedures
Dependable and someone your teammates can count on
Proactive — you notice what needs to be done and jump in
Comfortable in a busy, energetic environment
Eager to learn and open to feedback
Looking for a workplace where you can contribute, grow, and be part of a team

Chiropractic or healthcare experience is a bonus, but it isn’t everything. We’re more interested in finding the right person with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others.

If you’re looking for more than just sitting behind a desk and want a role where you can connect with people, learn new skills, and make a difference in someone’s day, we’d love to hear from you.
