Role overview
Our Client is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager / Change Management Specialist to support the OPGT Information System Replacement project.
The successful candidate will work with project sponsors, operational teams, vendors, trainers, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders to plan, coordinate, communicate, and execute change management activities that help impacted users successfully transition from the current state to the future state.
Role Overview
The Change Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement materials, readiness assessments, resistance management plans, and executive-level presentations. This role requires a strong understanding of project delivery, software development lifecycles, organizational change, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analysis
Create communication plans and communication materials
Build and deliver presentations for executives, branches, and business teams
Facilitate meetings with leadership, management, and project stakeholders
Support project scheduling, work planning, risk management, and issue management
Develop resistance management plans and readiness assessments
Define success metrics and monitor change progress
Identify risks and issues related to change management activities
Ensure impacted audiences are informed throughout the project lifecycle
Support successful rollout and adoption of new technology solutions
Write clear, compelling, and engaging change communications
Work closely with project teams to align change activities with business and end-user needs
Mandatory Requirements
Experience as an Organizational Change Manager on at least one project
8+ years of experience developing change management deliverables
5+ years of experience developing effective communication materials for stakeholders
Strong understanding of project delivery and software development lifecycles
Ability to work with executive, branch, operational, vendor, and cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to Have
5+ years of experience defining and measuring change success metrics
5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations at multiple organizational levels
5+ years of experience developing communication deliverables
5+ years of experience building strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders
5+ years of experience in change risk management
5+ years of experience leading and facilitating stakeholder meetings
Experience using MS Office 2016 or higher
Experience working in or for the public sector
Experience working with or testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including CRM or Finance
