Duties

• Perform customized massage therapy sessions based on client needs and preferences
• Assess clients’ physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
• Stay current with industry best practices, techniques, and continuing education requirements
• Promote wellness services to clients and assist with appointment scheduling as needed

Skills

• Proficiency in medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
• Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and supportive environment for clients
• Strong communication skills for effectively explaining treatments, listening to client concerns, and providing guidance
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
