This role is hands-on and high-impact. You'll be a core player in our recruitment engine, spending your days reviewing resumes, conducting interviews (8–10 on busy days), and partnering with hiring managers to ensure that every candidate experience reflects our brand, energy, and values.
This position is in-person at our Sherwood Park office.

$70,000 - $85,000 a yearSalary ranges are based on experience, reflecting the unique skillset each individual brings to the role.
