Job Description:In accordance with the mission, vision, and values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and Mental Health and Addictions services, the incumbent is accountable for provision of direct concurrent mental health and addiction services to children and youth, adults and their families. These services will include primarily case management, individual, group and family counseling, and public education/consultation in the area of mental health and addictions. The incumbent shall function within the practice principles of the Mental Health and Addictions Services’ program management model.

- Effective interpersonal relationship skills
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Sound knowledge of mental health and addictions theory.
- Ability to develop, lead and maintain family-centered, integrated case teams
- Knowledge in best practices in addictions and harm reduction strategies
- Knowledge and practical application of the Mental Health Services Act and Health Information Protection Act and other legislation
- Ability to cope effectively with stress, change, and diversity
- Excellent public relations skills
