Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

Hands-on experience with Sparta/Honeywell Systems TrackWise (v9 / v10 / TW Web).
Strong knowledge of TrackWise workflows, configuration, and reporting.
Experience in TrackWise API (IWS and OWS) and Java Web Services (SOAP and REST).
Strong SQL Server skills (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Experience in system integration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Configure workflows, forms, fields, and coordinator in TrackWise.
Manage user roles, security profiles, and access control.
Develop and enhance TrackWise modules aligned with business requirements.
Build and maintain TrackWise Reports (Single, Multi and QV).
Design and develop integrations with external systems using Java/J2EE and Web Services (SOAP / REST APIs).
Work on data synchronization between TrackWise and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, BI platforms).
Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
Perform performance tuning and query optimization.
Maintain TrackWise database schema and data integrity.
Support TrackWise upgrades (v9.x / v10.x / TW Web).
Handle environment setup, migration, and deployment activities.
Assist in vulnerability remediation and patch upgrades.
Manage TrackWise Migration from lower to higher environment.
Manage TrackWise Web service deployment.
Troubleshoot incidents, defects, and TrackWise integration issues.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes.
Coordinate with DBA, Infra, and business teams.

Qualification And Education:

Understanding of quality processes such as CAPA, Non-Conformance (NC), Change Control.
Audit Management and Compliance workflows.
Experience working with global stakeholders in regulated environments.
