JOB DETAILS

Work location: On site - Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely

Salary: $36.77 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Employment conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours

Start date: Starts as soon as possible

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

Experience: at least 2 years

Work setting: Hotel

Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:

Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
Recruit and hire staff.
Supervise staff.
Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
Conduct training sessions.
Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
Implement marketing activities.
Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities.
Enforce policies and procedures.
Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Assist clients/guests with special needs.
Establish work schedules.
Manage events.
Organize and maintain inventory.

Supervision: 5-10 people
