We’re building our teams and looking for barbers who want to grow with us. We put a strong focus on education, mentorship and continual improvement through hands-on coaching, barber development, industry events and opportunities to learn from experienced team members.

We also work hard to grow the shops through local marketing, community partnerships, promotions and guest experience initiatives designed to help our barbers build stronger, more loyal clientele.
