Heart & Crown Irish Pubs, Aulde Dubliner, and Pour House are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead day-to-day operations while building an exceptional guest and employee experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and motivate both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing workplace culture
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members while providing ongoing feedback
Oversee scheduling, labour management, inventory, and cash controls with accuracy and efficiency
Partner with marketing teams on events, promotions, and community initiatives
Work closely with the operations team to uphold company standards and drive results
Resolve operational challenges with practical, guest-focused solutions

Previous leadership experience in hospitality management (required)
