Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and manage client intake forms, insurance documents, and recovery program paperwork with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and reminders for clinical and non-clinical staff across multiple time zones.
  • Input, update, and maintain client records in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system and CRM platform.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries via email and phone, routing communications to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with billing documentation, invoice tracking, and basic reconciliation tasks under supervision.
  • Help implement and follow standardized office procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
