Our Supervisor reports to the General Manager and is accountable for taking initiative, being people-focused, and results-oriented. They are responsible for leading their teams in a busy, fast-paced environment with a passion for service, a strong desire to win, and an ability to build relationships. What you will do in this role:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the dining room as directed by the Franchise Owner and General Manager

Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a "Benchmark Restaurant", and creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time

Continue to develop and coach associates

Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience

Support and implement Standards and Controls

Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles.

What we are looking for:

Previous Front of House Management experience

Possess the potential to effectively run the front of house and lead all shifts to meet Brand standards

Possess the "Hospitality Gene" by demonstrating the ability to create connections, a passion for People and service excellence

Driven and focused

Inspirational and motivational team player

Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays in a busy fast paced environment
