We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance.
About the role:
Responsible for supporting effective organizational change by providing the business analysis, coordination, and structure required to move initiatives from initial intake through implementation. The position serves as a central point of coordination between business units and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring proposed changes are clearly defined, business requirements are appropriately assessed and collected, and that required analysis, documentation, and deliverables are completed to support informed decision-making by senior leaders.
About the day-to-day:
Lead the Discovery process for initiatives progressing beyond Intake, working with stakeholders across the organization to gather and document the information required to clearly define business needs, objectives, scope, expected benefits, resource requirements, risks, and dependencies. Ensure required analysis and deliverables are complete, accurate, and decision-ready for senior leadership review and approval prior to progressing to Planning and Implementation, led by the EPMO.
Partner with business leaders to complete Intake Briefs for proposed initiatives and assess initiatives against established scoring criteria to support consistent prioritization and informed decision-making by senior leaders.
Work with stakeholders to track and document post-implementation results against established success measures, including satisfaction scores, error rates, and cycle times, to determine whether the initiative achieved its intended outcomes.
Ensure internal tracking systems remain up to date and accurate; facilitate, organize, and coordinate meetings with a strong attention to detail; manage the Business Change Management Inbox and inform relevant parties of any follow up needed.
