Please note: This is a part-time position requiring approximately 4–6 hours per week. Availability every Wednesday is mandatory.

Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a Block Clerk with experience in high-volume data entry and a keen attention to detail to work as part of our live auction team. As the Block Clerk, you will enter information into our Simulcast system in real-time during our weekly auctions. This is a fast-paced position, working 4-6 hours every Wednesday.

What you’ll do:

Enter sale data, including starting bid, sale amount, and bidder information into the Simulcast system during live auctions

Following verbal prompts from the auctioneer, enter adjustments or bid decisions in real time

Must Haves:

Must have excellent keyboarding skills to accurately input data in real time during the auction

High School diploma or equivalent in education with previous office experience.

Reliable and detail oriented.

Must be able to stay focused in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Compensation Range of
Hourly: $17.60 - $18.52 CAD
