As a confidential position, the Executive Program Co-ordinator provides administrative and operational support to the CEO and Directors, handling highly sensitive organizational, financial, labour relations, and employee information. The role supports senior leadership in strategic planning, workforce matters, and organizational decision-making, requiring strong discretion, judgment, and alignment with management priorities. They are responsible for the overall coordination of the administrative functions of the Employment and Training Department, the Shelters and Clinical Services Department, Permanent Housing Department and the Girls, Youth and Family Programs Department and Inspirations Studio in accordance with the mission of YWCA Toronto and the needs of the participants, staff and volunteers.
