The Resource and Employment Facilitator is responsible for facilitating employment related workshops, completing Better Jobs Ontario (BJO)application packages and maintaining and overseeing the Resource Centre. The Resource and Employment Facilitator will work as part of the team, contributing to quality service delivery and achievement of program goals while maintaining an effective working relationship with the community in accordance with the Mission and Policies of YWCA Toronto.
