Your Role as Baker

As a Baker, you will help prepare and bake a wide variety of bread products by following established recipes and processes. You will work in a close-knit team to ensure that every bakery item meets COBS' quality and freshness standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare, mix, and shape dough according to recipes and production schedules
Operate ovens and other baking equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment
Assist team members with daily baking tasks and provide excellent customer service as needed
Follow health and safety and food safety guidelines strictly

Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements

Ability to work early morning shifts, typically starting between midnight and 4 am
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a small team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle lifting up to 22 kg
Previous baking experience is an asset but not required
Food safe certification and basic first aid are assets
Commitment to upholding COBS Bread quality and safety standards
