Connection Inc. is growing, and we're hiring a Remote Customer Success & Support Specialist to deliver a world-class client experience and help our clients succeed.

What You'll Do

Respond to inbound client support requests (FreshDesk)
Support Clients in cutting-edge AI technology (we train you)
Make proactive outbound client check-ins via phone, SMS, and email
Support clients inside HighLevel, including onboarding, workflows, and automations
Help build customer "delight" and follow-up sequences
Communicate internally via Slack

Required Experience
HighLevel experience (REQUIRED)
Strong communication, written and verbal
Confident on camera for client Zoom calls
Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
