What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Shift Leader within our Buyatab division and is in Vancouver, BC. This is a part-time role (16 hours) working Saturday and Sunday. In this role, you will be resolving escalated customer inquiries, identifying customer issue trends, assisting with client escalations, and supporting monthly reporting. You will report directly to Customer Service Manager and regularly collaborate with customer service, client support, and management teams.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:

Working closely with the team by motivating, coaching, and providing direction and feedback during shifts
Managing and resolving day-to-day escalated inquiries from B2C customers in a timely manner
Spotting trends in customer issues and flagging them for the broader team
Assisting with client escalation support
Assisting management with monthly reporting
Fostering and maintaining the Buyatab culture and a positive work environment

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly identify, define, and articulate problems while developing creative solutions
Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred; SaaS environment experience is an asset but not required
Passion for maintaining a high standard of professionalism and providing stellar customer service
Ability to learn quickly and effectively understand and articulate new technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to effectively research using the internet
Experience working with customer support tools and ticketing systems such as JIRA/Confluence, Zendesk, and Slack

Pay Transparency
The expected salary range for this position is $19-$20 an hour, based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
