We are seeking a Team Lead for our Pavement Maintenance Technicians. As the Pavement Maintenance Technician Team Lead, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the province.

Job Summary
Our Team Lead utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide line-painting and parking lot maintenance services at an exceptional level
- Act as a manager first, and crew member second
- Complete minor maintenance tasks as needed while onsite
- Complete non-routine maintenance onsite if it arises
- Act as the liaison between EverLine and the client while onsite
- Act as the liaison between their crew and management when discussing crew concerns
- Take accountability for quality, presentation, and safety of their crew
- Responsible for ensuring crewmember compliance to EverLine written policies and enforcing disciplinary measures both formal, and informal as deemed necessary
- Perform quality checks at the end of every shift

Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
- A New Brunswick driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
- You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
- Experience leading a team is considered an asset
- You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
- Ability to work well independently unsupervised
- Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
- An Engineering educational background is an asset
