Job Description:Reporting to the Health Services Manager, the Unit Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day operations and patient/resident flow of the integrated facility. The incumbent will facilitate the encouragement of critical thinking skills of the nursing staff as they are fostered to work to their full scope of practice.

Experience

Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience
Minimum of three (3) years relevant long term care nursing experience

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Other Education and Training

Nursing diploma is acceptable

Competencies

Basic - Computer skills
Basic - Change management skills
