About The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager, Product and Technology, is responsible for leading the development, evolution, and continuous improvement of BioTalent Canada’s products, systems, and technology-enabled services. This role will lead the evolution of existing products while identifying and delivering new solutions that respond to the needs of Canada’s bio-economy.
The Manager, Product and Technology, plays a key role in connecting strategy to execution. Working across teams and with external partners, this role will design, build, launch, and improve products and processes. This position also manages the Technology Integration team, providing clear direction, support, and accountability for delivery.

Our Work Environment
BioTalent Canada offers a hybrid, collaborative work environment, with regular in-person connection from our Ottawa office. This role requires a minimum of two days per week onsite. We also bring our team together twice a year for in-person gatherings, reinforcing our strong culture of collaboration, learning, and connection.
