Project Description
Ontario Health requires a Junior Business Analyst to support onboarding activities for eReferral and related digital health services.
The resource will support Ontario Health's established onboarding methodology by:
- Validating Health Information Custodian (HIC) status.
- Reviewing Client Information Forms.
- Supporting clinician onboarding.
- Confirming legal authority and organizational relationships.
- Supporting migration to Ontario digital health services and EHR access.
Role Overview
The Business Analyst will contribute to onboarding and access validation initiatives by:
- Categorizing clinician users.
- Mapping users to approved HIC types.
- Validating legally responsible individuals.
- Supporting onboarding approvals.
- Documenting business requirements and business rules.
- Engaging stakeholders to ensure onboarding accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Gather, document, and analyze onboarding requirements.
- Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Support business process analysis activities.
- Define and document business rules.
- Conduct issue analysis and resolution activities.
- Prepare reports and status updates.
Health Information Custodian Validation
- Validate HIC status and legal structure information.
