Production OperatorStarting Rate: $23.43/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Plastics Forklift OperatorStarting Rate: $24.46/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Plastics Machine Operator – SheetlineStarting Rate: $23.00–$25.00/hr based on experience, with wage increase after 3 months
Plastics Production Team LeadStarting Rate: $25.49/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Shelburne, ON – Water & Recycling Operations
Production Operator – Shelburne WaterStarting Rate: $21.22/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Production Operator – Forklift Certified – BMPRStarting Rate: $25.24/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Production Team Lead – BMPRStarting Rate: $26.27/hr with wage increase after 3 monthsShift: 12-hour continental shifts, nights only

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Depending on the role, we are interested in candidates with experience in:

Production or manufacturing
Forklift or material handling
Plastics extrusion or machine operation
Food, beverage, plastics, recycling, or packaging environments
Team lead, lead hand, or production leadership roles

General Requirements

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Commitment to safety and quality
Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights depending on the role
