As a School Bus LPN, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of students with medical and complex needs during their transportation to and from school.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing first aid and care as per individual care plans.
  • Monitoring students' well-being and behaviors throughout the route.
  • Documenting nursing interventions and reporting to supervisors.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of students and equipment during transportation.
  • Communicate with supervisor on identified health-related problems of students.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a recognized LPN program with CLPNA registration.
  • Experience in continuing care, especially with children living with disabilities.
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Valid Alberta Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
