Blackridge Search Group is recruiting an experienced Site Superintendent on behalf of a growing, relationship-focused General Contractor specializing in commercial interiors, tenant fit-outs, landlord work, renovations, and select ground-up commercial projects throughout the GTA and Southern Ontario.

They are looking for a Superintendent who leads with integrity, communicates professionally, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day site operations from project start through closeout.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain daily site reports, schedules and project documentation.
• Coordinate inspections and work collaboratively with Project Managers, consultants, clients and landlords.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges before they impact schedule or budget.
• Maintain organized, professional and safety-focused job sites.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and project stakeholders.

• Commercial office interiors
• Tenant fit-outs
• Landlord improvements
• Office renovations
• Retail projects
• Washroom renovations
• Select ground-up commercial projects

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent on commercial, institutional or industrial construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing project schedules.
• Experience working in occupied buildings or live construction environments is considered a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality control and health & safety.
• Comfortable using construction technology including Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and digital project documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's licence with the ability to travel throughout the GTA and Southern Ontario.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary starting in the range of $100k - $130k, commensurate with experience.
• Annual performance bonus.
• $750/month vehicle allowance.
