We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC-R Red Seal Technician with B-Gas to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC-R systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, boilers, and plumbing components.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential problems before they escalate.
Utilize specialized tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for repairs requiring fabrication or modification.
Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and reports to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC-R systems and general building operations to ensure continuous functionality.
Operate a driver vehicle safely when transporting equipment or parts between job sites.

Requirements

Valid Red Seal certification as an HVAC-R Technician with proven experience in construction or field service environments. Gas Ticket
Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, boilers, and appliance repair.
Strong mechanical skills with the ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately.
Hands-on experience with equipment repair, welding techniques, and maintenance procedures in commercial or residential settings.
Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters and the ability to interpret electrical schematics.
