We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC-R Red Seal Technician with B-Gas to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC-R systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, boilers, and plumbing components.
  • Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
  • Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential problems before they escalate.
  • Utilize specialized tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for repairs requiring fabrication or modification.
  • Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and reports to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC-R systems and general building operations to ensure continuous functionality.
  • Operate a driver vehicle safely when transporting equipment or parts between job sites.

Requirements

  • Valid Red Seal certification as an HVAC-R Technician with proven experience in construction or field service environments. Gas Ticket
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, boilers, and appliance repair.
  • Strong mechanical skills with the ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment repair, welding techniques, and maintenance procedures in commercial or residential settings.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters and the ability to interpret electrical schematics.
