As a Maintenance Planner at

What We Offer

Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and
qualifications, with an expected range of $105,000 – $120,000 (CAD) per

What You’ll Do

• Planning & Scheduling: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring efficient workflows and minimal operational interruptions.
• Systems Management: Manage CMMS/EAM systems, maintain accurate records, and implement best practices for maintenance processes.
• Team Leadership: Lead and support tradespeople, fostering productivity, safety, and effective communication across teams.
• Resource Coordination: Organize tools, materials, and contractors; develop job scopes, estimates, and schedules to meet operational needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze data, monitor performance, and drive improvements in maintenance efficiency, cost savings, and compliance.

What You’ll Offer

• Qualifications & Experience: Hold a post-secondary technical degree or trade certification, with 3–5 years of relevant maintenance planning experience and understanding of preventative/predictive maintenance processes.
