What you will be doing:

Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, and ensuring a neat appearance.
Blow off parking areas, walkways, and other hard surfaces to keep them debris-free.
Maintenance and cleaning, perform light cleaning duties as required.
Remove weeds from flower beds, walkways, and other landscaped areas.
Oversee lawn maintenance at a site in Victoria.

Requirements:

Experience in lawn maintenance or related field preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, and carrying.
Self-motivated with a positive outlook and a results-oriented approach.
Ability to think creatively when addressing challenges.
Work well independently.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Hours are approximately 4 per week depending on property needs.
