AO Globe Life is hiring Entry Level Sales Associates to work remotely with clients who have requested information about available insurance and supplemental benefit options.

You'll be trained on what you need to know. Your job is to have the conversation, understand the client, present the available options, and help them move forward when they're ready.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Instead of spending your day searching for strangers to call, you'll work with provided client opportunities and scheduled conversations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with clients by phone or video
• Finding out what the client is looking for
• Presenting relevant coverage and benefit options
• Walking clients through questions they may have
• Helping interested clients complete the next steps
• Following up with clients when necessary
• Keeping your client information organized
• Learning from coaching and improving your sales approach

The goal isn't to pressure people into buying something.

It's to listen, communicate clearly, present the available options, and help the client decide what works for them.
