Your HR journey starts here! We're looking for a passionate and motivated recent Human Resources graduate to join us as an HR Coordinator on a full-time, three-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to build real-world HR experience while collaborating with experienced HR professionals who are dedicated to creating a great employee experience.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the administration of employee leaves of absence, including preparing correspondence, maintaining documentation, tracking key dates, and following up with employees and leaders.
  • Assist the Employee Relations team with case administration, including organizing documentation, scheduling meetings, preparing letters, and maintaining accurate case records.
  • Respond to general employee and leader inquiries and direct more complex matters to the appropriate HR team member.
  • Follow up with employees with upcoming work permit expiries and PR updates.
  • Maintain employee files, trackers, reports, templates, and other HR documentation.
  • Support the coordination and administration of employee programs and HR initiatives.
  • Prepare routine employee correspondence, including leave-related letters, employment confirmations, and other standard HR documents.
  • Complete data entry and updates within HR systems while ensuring information remains accurate and confidential.
  • Assist with reporting, audits, document collection, and other administrative requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes, templates, and tracking tools as well as provide feedback on company AI tools.
  • Provide additional administrative and project support to the broader HR team as required.

What experience do you have?

  • Recently completed a college diploma or university degree in Human Resources Management or a related HR program.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources and Employee Relations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and following up on outstanding items.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous HR, administrative, customer service, internship, or co-op experience is considered an asset.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.

$40,000.00 – $55,000.00 CAD (includes base salary only)
