Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences.
Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information on products and services.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the shop.
Promote sales through effective communication of product features and benefits.
Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to enhance creativity in designs.

Experience

Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role within the retail or floral industry.
Strong technical sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Experience in cash handling and cashiering procedures.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional interaction with customers.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
