Customer Service Representative (Liquor, Tillicum, Victoria, BC)

Island–based co-operative operating liquor stores, a grocery store, fuel and
convenience centres and commercial cardlock and home heating services. Proudly

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative
to join our Tillicum Liquor Store, located at theTillicum Mall (3170 Tillicum Rd Victoria, BC V9A 7C5).This is a part-time role
offering16 - 24 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate is:

Available to work any day of the week, including
evenings, weekends, and holidays. Availability to work closing shifts is
required.

Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused

·
Dependable, honest and works well with others

·
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

·
Currently certified in Serving It Right

·
WSET Level 1 certified

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·
Confidently assist customers

·
Follow all regulations regarding selling
age-restricted products

·
Stock and merchandise shelves accurately

·
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe site

·
Ensure products are well displayed and meet
quality standards

·
Safely and effectively operate required
equipment

·
Follow all safety procedures

In addition to a wage range of $19.20 – $ 20.50 per
hour with the starting wage based on experience, we offer a great benefits
