Job Description:Provides intensive case management to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. These services are provided within an individual and/or group context.

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years in a psychiatric or mental health setting

Education

Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)

Licenses

Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
Nursing diploma is acceptable

Competencies

Basic - Computer skills

Knowledge and Abilities

Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Knowledge of the Mental Health Services Act
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge in models of Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery

Other Information

Experience in Seniors Mental Health care is a definite asset
